Since he was a kid, Roy showed a major interest in music. He bought his first CD at age 7 and has been collecting it ever since. But it wasn't until 2006, when he held his own record player in his hot little hands that he actually thought about doing something with music for himself. Within a year, he had replaced the record player with a set of turntables and a mixer and was spinning hip-hop, soul, funk and jazz. As time went by, his musical tastes broadened to electronic styles which led him to start producing his own stuff and getting dj gigs around Amsterdam with his lush sound of deep, techy house music.
